Measure the room with a tape measure to determine how many feet or meters need moldings. Measure the lengths of each wall and the total sum. Add 10 percent to the amount, in order to have space to practice. Practice cuts before attempting to cut the actual piece of crown molding tools. Place the extra portion of molding with the bottom edge opposite the miter guide, which will be considered turned. Adjust the saw at an angle of 45 degrees, meaning that each piece cut it at an angle of 45 degrees, allowing you to join them in an inner corner to create an angle of 90 degrees.

Place the saw to make a cut to the left at an angle of 45 degrees to the piece of molding to the side of right. Once cut the molding, the part on the left side of the blade is the right piece to place on the corner. To cut the left side of the molding, place the crown molding tools on the saw with the lower edge against the fence cutting. Adjust the saw to make a cut right at an angle of 45 degrees. Cut the molding; the part you get on the right side of the sheet is the molding that will install in the corner to complete the internal court.
