Picture Molding Hooks – Door hooks in a number of types of such hanging over the door, eliminating the need for additional hardware for hooks attached to the surface of the door. Although these hooks are often used to hang clothes or towels.

Instructions for hanging Picture Molding Hooks: Attach picture wire mounting hardware to your frame about 1/3 of the way down to the frame. Some frames have kits for this task, while others may require you to buy hardware. Screw eye hooks on a wooden frame with a screwdriver. Mark installation points and place a level on the badges to verify that they are parallel to each other. Slide grooves in place on the back of a metal frame. Run the picture wire of an eye hook or groove to the other. Loop each side of the wire through one side of the mounting hardware. Turn extra wire around secure in place. Mount the hooks in the door at the location where you want the image to keep up. Most types of Picture Molding Hooks are screwed directly into the door. Follow the specific installation instructions for your hook type. Position the frame over the hooks to mount the image from the door.
